Incon does seem to be the safest bet as of right now. Both can't really put each other down for good (assuming that Rim has resistance to Res Negating for what'll come up) thanks to Regen and higher dimensional stuff.

Nah, all of these types of VS Threads (Insanely haxed characters hax fight, AP VS guy tiers lower with plenty of good Hax, 1-A fights, etc) are trash compared to the fights for chads, haxless 9-B fights
