That's to change it(Monado I key) to low 7C based on a calc, this (5B)key(s) is unaffected by CRT afaik.
Also, OP you linked to his first key which is not 5B, OP you have to choose between Shulk 5B keys, I recommend the Replica Monado key since it's immune to Soul manip.
