The character named Shrek would obviously win...
Just kidding. Okay. The only advantage I see of Movie Shrek is his intellect. But in sheer raw power, Book Shrek seems to be stronger. For example, Book Shrek can survive a lightning strike simply by eating it. While Movie Shrek took his time and a bit of cunning outmaneuvering a dragon, Book Shrek easily knocked out a similar fire-breathing dragon with his breath alone. So for now, I'm going with Book Shrek.
