He does has his jetpack in this wiki for some reason I don't understand. I don't remember any canon moment with the jetpack tbh and the explosives requires him to put the enemy where he wants and run away from the explosion.

Actually Satan's best bet are his guns. He was shown using a pistol against Majin Buu and with the Rocket Launcher he can damage the ogre. If this fight happens in the swamp Shrek will calm down once he see Satan is running away but SBA states they are in Central Park so he won't stop attacking. I don't know who's stronger but Satan gets scared easily and Shrek is a bloody ogre and that's terrifying for most people so he'll have less chances to attack at H2H by sheer fear and can fail the shots with his gun. Plus he won't activate the explosive if he's in range too.

Turning to inconclusive. It depends on if Satan can shoot or Shrek 'BFR' scaring Satan which is reasonable in-character.

I don't know the exact durability to be bulletproof but won't Satan's guns still be trouble for Shrek?

-They will. At least he can be damaged IMO. That's why I turned to inconclusive. I think that if Satan manages to shoot Shrek he'll get an advantage but Shrek could scary Satan before that.

It's because the other aspects of speed in shrek that are not reaction, are only Peak Human. That is to say that otherwise Mr Satan would be the winner only with speedblitz.
