Henshin... Stronger!
Here with another Showa Kamen Rider revisions which took that long for two reasons; 1) Lack of sources, 2) Me lazy.First, I'll be presenting the new profiles, take note that I only had done sandboxes for actual relevant characters. I got no interest and will to create profiles for every Delzer Army member that are just present in at most two episodes, but I may plan on doing these in the future.

Scaling Update
EoS Base Stronger became High 6-B due to scaling of these three characters specifically; Marshal Machine, Commander Jishaku, and Armored Knight. They are capable of survivng attacks from Stronger's Charge-Up which is a 100x upgrade from his base form. Initially, this form was capable of easily defeating Delzer Army officers, like Major Skull, Baron Rock and Snake Woman, with the only one capable of surviving its attacks being the moon-amped General Wolf. That is until Marshal Machine showed up, engaging a battle with V3 until he was forced to fly away. Armored Knight also starts his attacks, with X-Rider and Amazon initiating a new combat. Later in that same episode, Commander Jishaku shows up to aid his partner, however, they're eventually defeated by the combo of X-Rider, Amazon and Charge-Up Stronger, seemingly killing them with a explosion, although they survive the attack. A episode later, they return, in a battle against V3 and Riderman, whom the heroes are eventually outsmarted and defeated. And finally, the Double Riders, Ichigo and Nigo make their return, defeating Marshal Machine (who is treated as stronger than Armored Knight and Commander Jishaku). Ichigo, Nigo, and Stronger together faces off the remnants of Delzer Army. In the final episode, Stronger defeats Jishaku, and Ichigo defeats Armored Knight. The three remaining officers meets their end against the Seven Legendary Riders, which then proceeds to fight against the Great Leader. We can conclude that Post-Series Riders scales to high-ranking Delzer Army officers, and shall be placed in High 6-B tier.This also means that Ghost Riders (Ghost, Specter and Necrom) will receive an AP upgrade to High 6-B during the Beginning of Series, with the AP being even higher than the current scaling. (123.45 to 323.46 Teratons)
V3 P&A Addition
Now, the most controversial part on this CRT will cover his... Underground Mobility (Escaped Marshal Machine's forcefield through the underground).
