Shouldn't the Narutoverse have Non-Physical Interaction?

Chakra in Naruto is used to interact as intangibility in different cases.

Example:


Chakra not been able to interact with Kamui isn't an argument to disprove other feats since Kamui bends time-space. Is not regular intangibility. Kamui teleports the target to another dimension.

Not all chakra is tbf. That's accepted. Only certain abilities grant non-physical interactions

Recently Boruto failed attacking a demon which was stated to be non physical in nature.

Naruto has selective intangibility based on this feat.
