Should Part 1 and Part 3 Dio have separated profiles?

One day I was browing around on the Sonic the Hedgehog verse profile and I saw this profile. So that got me thinking: Why don't Part 1 and Part 3 Dio have seperate profiles? After all, their combat styles are completely different (While Part 3 DIO does have Part 1 Dio's powers, he dosn't use them IC). The names would be Dio Brando for Part 1 Dio and DIO for Part 3 DIO, obviously.

Because it's still the same individual, and the profile as a whole is only 3 keys.

No. Its the same individual. Follows the same canon and storyline and his powers aren't hard to tell for any version of him.

The Classic and Modern Sonic profile split only removed one key.

If it's that much of an issue, just make a note on the profile that he doesn't have earlier powers.
