The Blue-Ringed Octopus is currently listed as in the 10-C tier, presumably due to venom not being counted in Attack Potency. However, the qualifications for being in the 9-B tier are as follows: "Characters/Weapons who can destroy a wall, or those who can easily harm characters with wall level durability. Very large animals." The Blue-Ringed Octopus contains enough tetrodotoxin to kill 26 full-grown adult men, which means that it could very easily cause some serious damage to larger animals with wall-level durability. As such, I believe it should be in the 9-B tier, unless there is a rule that says otherwise.
