Baby Godzilla
In my last revision, I proposed the tier be changed from ''9-C'' to ''10-B, likely 10-A''. However, after a lot of research, I am proposing a new tier, 9-C again, but not by using the GPE calculation, instead, being baseline. This is because he is very comparable in size to animals who are 9-C in the wiki, such as Dilophosaurus (weighing 400 kg, Baby Goji is 420 kg), Utahraptor (250-500 kg) or Herrerasaurus (350 kg). Examples also found in here.
Multiple limbed kaiju
I don't think anyone can disagree with this. Oodako, despite being an octopus, somehow lacks Additional Limbs. If this goes through, Oodako will receive the ability. Same goes for Gezora, Dogora, Kumonga, Millenian etc.
Examples:
Cephalopods: Mire Squid, Gezora
Insects/bugs: Kumonga, Kamacura
Mothra: Showa, MV
Multipledged kaiju: MUTO Prime, Scylla
TL;DR: All insect, octopus and multiledged kaiju. If you need the full list, ask for it.
MonsterVerse Goji additions
Recently, this has been brought up in the general discussion thread for Godzilla.
At 10:35 it's shown that Godzilla's atomic breath works on quantum state. This could be Matter Manipulation.
At 17:15 it's stated Godzilla's atomic breath can puncture a space-time rift, this is Limited Space-Time manipulation.
