Minor Resident Evil (Remake Timeline) Revisions

Overall I think the changes/additions are fine. Where does Subsonic combat and reaction speed come from for Resident Evil 4 Leon's speed? I haven't played it in awhile so I'm not sure what feat or scaling gives him that rating.

Shouldn't Leon be rated as Wall+ since he survived blows from Krauser? Also Leon can damage him, so it could probably scale to his AP.

Yeah I'm saying the Wall+ Krauser stuff is from him being transformed but I think maybe this should be fine then having him be Wall+

I recall the verdugo being able to dodge magnum and sniper bullets back in OG RE4, don’t have a clip for it tho, but maybe the same thing happens in the Remake? May help upgrade them to supersonic if that’s the case.
