Todoroki also has Tier 8 dura, the AP is just the icing on the cake. (Though heat and cold ignore durability now)

I work w/ OP so I know Blueno's off head.

Shoto's scales to his dad who scaled off of this feat in his AP description.

Also, nevermind, it's not an AP stomp, but it almost is though.

Blueno goes into the dimension and kills Shoto Todoroki... Blueno also has Tekkai (makes his body as strong as steel or stronger), Soru (that should blitz Todorok), Kami-e (which should easily make him be able to dodged Todoroki's attacks), Rankyaku (range attack) and Geppo that should make him dodge fire and ice attacks...
