She still has 20 swords to help her, all of which can cut through space, is still faster, has precog, can fly while vergil can't, and can cut through gravity to leave vergil helpfulessly floating in a state of weightness or pull vergil towards herself.

Also using gravity magic she can pull attacks towards herself and deflect them, anyway we have said our piece here, not gonna argue it any further, and let others decide what they think.

20 swords that are 5x weaker then one sword that already cuts through space, Beuwolf and Force Edge.

Dante has both flight and Quicksilver, and higher AP yet he couldn't beat Vergil first time,

Everything she has is literally just a less versatile but more haxed Dante, nothing he hasn't seen before.

Anyway, we're done.
