I don't think you understand how vibrations work. They're not like blasts of air like Zaku has, they're just gonna travel through the bugs and into Shino because it's literally ******* soundwaves.

But they’d have to travel through who knows how many bugs Shino puts in there all in the time he guards one attack. Shino isn’t like Lee who has little defenses on him. There’d be things in the way stopping a direct hit like that, absorbing the impact. It’s basically like trying to shoot a single bullet through a metal wall. Even if he does land one Shino could get out of range and swarm him.

Shino can clearly hear through the bugs so the soundwaves will affect him, especially his Kikaichu will be crippled due to their insanely sensitive senses.

That was the idea. I wanted to see how different this fight would be if they sent off Dosu to fight him instead of Zaku.

I genuinely think Shino could hold his own against all 3 of them for at least a good page or two, Dosu is the only real threat to him.

Kin is literally useless, her only feats are hurting a version of Sakura who is also borderline featless.

I'll be honest, I straight up forgot that even happened, though it was more like she caught him off-guard and pinned him to the ground before he started punching her in the face repeatedly without her being able to fight back.

Sakura was pretty good at this point tbh. She had better chakra control than Sasuke, with Kakashi calling her chakra control "superb from the beginning," and Rock Lee called her and Ino "far from the norm."

But that's beside the point. Neither Kin Tsuchi nor Zaku seem to be the stronger one, since Kin did nearly beat Shikamaru until he landed his Ninjutsu, especially considering she did manage to dodge it.

Overall, Dosu seems to be the strongest. When Rock Lee used his Leaf Hurrican in the three, Dosu caught himself on the ground, Kin managed to seemingly not get hit, and Zaku landed flat on his ass(By the way, sad that Team 7 and Team Guy didn't get much real face-to-face teamwork in the Kazekage Rescue Mission, would've loved to see the combos and stuff, plus, I appreciate their respect for each other). Dosu does say all of them are Supersonic, and Zaku seemed to be relying on Kin, so they can't be too far apart. Shikamaru did refer to him as the biggest pain in the ass though.
