They both have some level of durability negation, Shiki being able to cut to ones existence and Erika can ignore protection due to conceptual hax.

Probably Erika. I remember her having overall better hax and likely being a bit faster, too.

Well, MEoDP are more dangerous since they allow to slaugher enemies protected by any kind of defense but true immortality or "idea" existence (like Types or TATARI). The main problem though is that Shiki is your "average" human (with genetic memory) who defeated his enemies through: arrogance of his enemies (Chaos and partially Roa), heavy support (TATARI), overall advantage against specific enemy (Forest) and ambush (successor of Chaos).
So in any direct confrontation Shiki is likely to lose.
