Yeah, language on the calculation needs some tuning. But he's > 9.6 Gigatons. The accepted end for 100% Anger Mob is 2.4 Gigatons. He's weaker than 20% Toichirou while 100% Courage is stronger than 80% Toichirou.

Lifting strength is 20-40 billion tons. He's twice as strong as when he performed an 11 billion ton feat and managed to move clouds that weighed 10 billion tons when he was 4 times weaker than in his 100% Courage form.

It's not all that detailed but roughly;

The 2.4 Gigaton feat is casual 100% Anger < 20% Toichirou < 30% Toichirou ~ 100% Ecstasy < (?) 100% Shame < 40% - 50% Toichirou < 100% Compassion < 80% Toichirou < 100% Resignation < 100% Courage < 100% Toichirou << ???%.

This is from memory and there's probably some stuff missing or wrong but that's about it.

I don't see Thor being able to do anything here tbh. Flight's counteracted by TK, Lightning's counteracted by Absorb. Power Null could work if they were only actually the same source.
