Shido Itsuka(Date A live) VS Shirou Emiya(Fate/Stay Night)

Shido Itsuka starts at Vol 15's condition,shares abilities with all harem members.

Shirou Emiya starts at Unlimited Blade Works time line status,as it's better than Fate time line,and HF time line he should have time limit,and Shido can just escape and hide in many ways to waste time and wait for his death.

Battlefield:Flying is not allowed.Discuss two conditions:start at near distance; start at far distance as both side can not see each other at beginning,and allowing Shido to change his appearance with Haniel before Shirou can discover him.

Universe balance:Spirits' angels are considered as Divine Constructs and Shirou can not copy them.

I should point out that although Shido Itsuka's profile has been set up,the attribute is the time point that he save Tohka from DEM.As his power grows from time to time and he is becoming more and more familiar with his abilities,in Vol 15 he performed far more better than that time,and can make use of all the special abilities of his harem members.

Someone says he may be similar with Archer,but the difference is great,if he want to copy something,he only need Natsumi's Haniel,and would not have limit of can not copy Divine Constructs,only downgrade.Of course,his attribute is lower than Archer,slower and weaker in attack.But he has more choices than Archer and can do a lot of things which Archer can not do.Considering his slow speed,I decide to let Shirou Emiya to challenge first.

Currently Shido Itsuka is only slightly slower than spirits,although slow in speed,considering his attacking potential,I believe he should be dangerous for most mid-class characters.

And at the end of Vol 15,all spirits except Kurumi shares abilities with Shido now.Considering Shido can copy angel with Haniel now,in fact he can use all spirits' abilities.

Try not to put unfinished character profiles in versus matches, because at the moment, Shirou lol!stomps with all the force of a Lancer punting Shinji or something.

Shirou never attempted to copy Lancer's weapon.And Shido can just teleport away and then change into something which Shirou can not recognize

Nope. Shirou is Hypersonic+ with HHS reflexes. Shidou can't teleport away in time against someone leagues faster than him. Also, Shirou can pretty much smell magic, so him hiding is moot.

Lancer punting Shinji is not to be taken literally, its hyperbole for "being so much freaking stronger that its not even funny".

It's like asking a turtle to react to a cheetah going full speed. Nope. Besides, regen or no, he gets splattered before he does anything.

But Shido is only slightly slower than spirits now,and when his power became unstable,he clearly faster than any character in Date A Live. And Shido's reflexes can even dodge a laser cannon now.In Vol 15,Artemisia shot at Hoshimiya Mukuro and Tobiichi Origami failed to prevent her,then,at the last time,Shido absorbed that shot with his back and then fell to ground from space,but still survived. So Shido's reflex should upgrade,and his durability should beyond Shirou's normal attack.

And even for the speed,if the beginning distance is far enough,Shido can keep at far distance easily with teleport,even Shirou is faster than him.Then even Shirou can evade,Shido can simply control him,which through sound and can not evade easily.Even at near distance,Shido can change Haniel into Zafkiel´╝îthat would give him speed advantage.Or use Raphael,that can also increase speed,and if the battlefield allow,can even fly.
