In Scenario A: They both fight through brute strength and where sherlock has a lot of advantage. Especially in experience..
In Scenario B: They sit down, and drink tea or coffee. This "fight" can be decided with the amounts of cases they solved, and how much impact their work has done to the civilization.
In Scenario C: Ryuzaki casually walks away from him, you logically do not pick a physical fight which is almost impossible to turn into a possible victory.
Unless, Ryuzaki is aware of who Sherlock is before hand, Ryuzaki would likely enhance his martial arts skills to even attempt such a scenario.
