Black Adam normally wins without plot armor canonically, iirc. Matt, if you're reading, correct me if I'm wrong.

Black Adam can overtax Billy's God powers (I know they're both like Gods but like you get the point like okay)

Actually, if I'm not wrong, Billy should be more versatile than Adam despite them technically having the same powers. His resistance to magic should allow him to tank a fair number of ranged attacks from Adam if he decides to play the ranged game, although I'll concede that Adam is far more skilled an experienced.

Adam likely takes this High-Diff. Billie's resistances will let him last long, but Adam's skills and experience/intelligence will be enough to defeat Billie without plotarmor.
