5D, and reasonably above baseline

Both of them can one tap rhe other with one attack, shadow via concept manip and temporal aoe + his mobility adavantage with chaos control to teleport and attack diaboromon
and diaboromon can win with absortion and dark side attacks that will kill/erase shadow if they connect, in character diaboromon wants to consume everything so it would most likely start with fatal gaze and then shadow would be absorbed the moment he stares into one of the eyes of diaboromon
And since diaboromon x is faster since he is superior to normal diaboromon who scales to similarly to super shadow in speed, he would most likely act faster
So i am voting diaboromon for a slight speed advantage and for his in character wincons being faster to activate

Well, shadow can win via hitting once and his temporal aoe + conceptual destruction destroying diaboromon conceptually and historically, plus more mobility with chaos control teleport

as i said before, since diaboromon has quicker wincons, i am voting for him

Diaboromon seems to start with absorption and iirc Shadow is not that high into 5D so Diaboromon should be superior in that too. The digimon also being faster just makes it worst for Shadow, so voting for Diaboromon.
