Well Mewtwo is ridiculously faster than Kaguya and has solid mind hax, but his AP is still being debated. If staying Planet Level he would win easily, if it goes down to the Continentals, it gets much closer as he still has speed advantage and some hax to make it debatable.

well kaguya does have to truth seeking balls and instant kill attacks. but i'd say mewtwo.Pikachu942 said:

That attack is calced at Moon Level. But that was totally spammable. Mewtwo would just spam it in her face with his speed advantage
