Mewtwo MIGHT have a chance if he's constantly trying to mind hax BlackWarGreymon while flying away as fast as he can, but given how single-minded and focused BlackWarGreymon is, I'd say he'd hold on long enough to cut Mewtwo to pieces first.

BlackWargeeymon can dodge everything Mewtwo dishes out physically, but doesn't have the combat speed to do the same. Unfortunately, Mewtwo isn't going to be attacking physically, which will shut down BWG.

Black WarGreymon is quite slower in travel speed (MHS+ vs. Sub-rel), and Mewtwo has the precognition to react to his attacks.

Black WarGreymon won't really last long when caught by Mewtwo's abilities.

Blackwargreymon is Sub-rel+ and at least FTL via power scaling he might outrun Mewtwo and start slicing mewtwo or stop to use Terra destroyer against Mewtwo, I'll give it to Blackwargreymon unless Mewtwo can counter his armour advantage and brave shield to deflect attacks.

MHS+ movement with Sub-rel+ reactions, he's slower than Mewtwo in movement. FTL applies to his 3-B form, actually read the keys.

Mewtwo doesn't have to attack physically, he has precognition and telepathy, not to mention Psychic attacks in general.
