Sidious should take this. I don't think that Mewtwo would be able to withstand Sidious' telepathy, let alone his force hax.

Sidous has telepathically Force razed entire planets at once. He also has atomic destruction. Yeah, Sidous has this.

-Sidious has the better precognition

-Sidious also has Force Drain

-Sidous also has Soul Manipulation

Mewtwo doesn't really have a lot of counters for what the Emperor brings to the table in terms of hax.

To be fair, Shadow Mewtwo should be used to what some of the Emporer has to offer.

Electricity is something Mewtwo has dealt with

He has taken on Mew, Alakazam, and other powerful Psychics

Not to mention Teleportation, Elemental Abilities, and has his own version of Frieza's Death Ball.

Mewtwo isn't going down without a fight.

Mind Hax? ......... Gimme a moment there is probably a Pokemon move for it.

Matter Manipulation? Ok no he hasn't on that one, but that isn't an instant win for Sidious.

Via his high intelligence and his knowledge of Pokemon, he should also know how to deal with such things.

Has Sidious ever dealt with Power Mimicry, Petrification, Regenerationn (via Recover, so if Mewtwo gets hit with a devestating blow, he can regain his health and continue fighting), and Time Travel (if Mewtwo has a disadvantage, shouldn't he just be able to go back in time and either counter it or team up with himself? Or is that not how Mewtwo time travel works?), or the ability to erase memories (I know there is the Jedi Mind Trick but that won't work on Mewtwo due to his high intellect)?

Mewtwo's wide arsenal should keep him in this.

That is a massive assumption.

One move should not be a problem, petrification requires him killing Sidious, Sidious can also heal, and he has never used time travel for offensive purposes. High intellect will not protect him from mind hax.

Not only that, but Shadow Mewtwo doesn't even have his previous forms' abilities and hax.
