Seto Kaiba intelligence upgrade?

Was looking at the qualifications for intelligence and I think Seto Kaiba should be extraordinary genius level. Genius is for level of real-world geniuses and such, Kaiba created hard-light holograms, then also revolutionized it by making it portable. Additionally, he literally created a way to travel across dimensions so he could duel Pharaoh Atem at the end of Dark Side of Dimensions.

Edit: Also, idk how the process works here (like who has to approve, etc.) but also remembered this guy also somehow created tech that prevented himself from being magically sent to another dimension lmao. I don't think he has quite the feats to get to supergenius, but his extraordinary genius level is easily confirmed imo

Wait he never had Extraordinary Genius this whole time?! Oh hell nah, the moment he made DIMENSIONAL TRAVEL just to run Atem’s fade that was enough for me. I obviously agree.

Extraordinary Genius is typically what we give to characters who think like a futuristic supercomputer. Though he has built a lot of futuristic inventions including subjective reality machines within relatively short time frames. So that could be extraordinary genius.

Kaiba literally advance the civilisation by couple hundred years simply because he want to fight back Atem. Yes, he definitely should have one.
