Shouldn't Saber (Shiki) be at EX because of her whole Root based Omniscience ?

Also, shouldn't Ultra Heroine Z be in EX too since she killed all Saber Class Servants which would include Mumashi and Yagyu ?

I say he's notable, but not in the higher echelons of skill. He's sorta the EX rank of martial skill in that it's just too hard to actually gauge where he falls.

Omniscience isn't skill

She has very overpowered, very specialized anti-saber abilities for that, so it probably wasn't a skill feat

Shiki's access to the root would allow her to do any skill feat anyone else in Nasuverse could

Well I wouldn't use the most skilled thread to define what counts as skill either, but I agree that omniscience doesn't automatically equal skill without further context.

Yeah, omniscience=skill becomes a slippery slope

Knowledge and application are completely different things. Understanding the theory behind Shuwen's No Second Strike doesn't mean you can execute it. Is that simple.

Is much different from something that would require mere mental gymnastics that you could apply because your mind is actually that powerful. Your body, or rather, your dexterity with it, is not though.
