He was able to keep up with Ssj Broly (M10) Who he stated to be equal to Lssj Broly (M8)

No, I'm just saying that The Gohan in M10 is stronger than the one in the anime, but M8 has no contradictions to the Anime, so all the Anime and movie characters should scale to Rssj Broly's feat.

And also Super-Perfect Cell stuff, since Buu Saga Base Goku > SPC.

Also Toeiverse Super-Perfect Cell has 3-B, if not 3-A statements, which should put him around the same level or above Broly.

Broly actually did get stronger but the difference is that Gohan, while I believe trained a bit, had SSJ2 as an extra power boost and he couldn't do jack to Broly in Movie 8. What I believe is that Gohan didn't power up insanely but rather got SSJ2 post Broly M8 and stands a far better chance than before

Well everyone already knows that, but Movie 10 Broly is two beyond Ssj2 multipliers stacked on each other, as Ssj Broly is as strong as Lssj Broly From M8,which already has a beyond Ssj2 multiplier on top of his Ssj form, then he can turn Lssj on top of that,so he's at least ×10000 times above his Rssj form

It's likely higher, because if this was that, multiplier Broly would be equally mached against Gohan, and wouldn't be stomping him
