Sephiroth (Final Fantasy) vs Mega Man Star Force

It's nearly impossible to kill Sephiroth without soul manipulation. Plus Sephiroth in AC absorbed the lifestream and has their memories and abilities
 
Geo has soul manipulation, so he can damage Sephiroth. This match is interesting, but I think this is a toss up. Both have attacks that ignore durability and IDK whose attack's going to land first. I need to think more about this.
 
Unfortunately, this is probably a stomp in Sephiroth's favor due to being over a thousand times more powerful than Geo according to their calcs.
