I thought that Sephy Mid-Godly isn't Combat application? If it us usable in fight I can just change it to Sephy second key

The strongest thing he copied was 5-A SBA says he is fighting a 3-C, whose power is based on the life stream which likely similar to mind and soul based powers can't be copied by copy robot.

We don't even have proof he can copy sephiroth it's an organic being far stronger than anything else the bot faced, whose powers are from life magic. I am going to say sephiroth wins thru experience.
