90% of Clef's stories were done far before 239 was powerscaled (Just in terms of things being written, not the plot), although her powerscaling happened as she was a kid, if I'm not mistaken.

In other words, I have no clue.

Who knew SCP had such a reach that a light novel would be made? I hope this gets traction and they give us backstory on a bunch of other characters like 1440, 239, 682, etc.
