You need to re-read Medaka profile because she does have concept manipulation.

Can someone please close this? We're all just repeating ourselves at this point. SCP-682 blinks. Medaka comes back with all fiction. SCP-682 power nulls and blinks again while Medaka is desparetely trying to scratch him with the screws and she is annihilated.
