Is there a character who can create a soul 682 and destroy it and thus kill 682?

Mistress Absorption doesn't Destroy Souls he steal them and seal them in the body, unless you have Astral Projection, you are condemned to give Mistress energy for eternity

682 doesnt have a soul to begin with I think 682 could be killed if he gets eaten by the goo because if the goo eats you the thing is you turn into nanomachines. Has 682 ever survived to this?
