Regeneration Negation (Wounds created by the Cold Iron Sword do not heal)

This should receive a rating on what level of regeneration the Cold Iron Sword negates, otherwise, it just stays very vague and ambiguous on matches for example
I don't really know which level should it be so any SCP Expert input would be appreaciated
