Im pretty certain this doesn't actually qualify for anything though. There isnt really a statement saying that these two are the literal concepts/abstractions of what is Below and Above. They simply represent examples of placements on that hierarchy rather then literal embodiments of them.

Eitherway, SCP-3812 destroying a concept within Human consciousness (no idea why we dont consider this Noosphere related) would imply that at one point, SCP-3812 ascended beyond said concept, considering his entire idea is to literally supercede everything that supercedes him. Which should include such concepts

TD2 doesn't really come from anywhere. not sure about AC4, BEN did write the laws of the Universe, which includes the laws of physics and logically, Causality, but i am not sure we give Hax like this off of assumptions

The Abstract Existence ""scan"" is literally just Kaktus stating that 3812 was written to show off that aspect of the cosmology. That doesn't mean 3812 literally is that aspect of the cosmology. That just, entirely doesn't make sense in any way.

Acausality and Transduality are not sourced at all. Only Large Size makes any sort of sense, given how that's kinda a default tier for 1-A sized being.
