According to WoG, SCP-2935 killed everything in the SCPverse, including the Scarlet King. Wouldn't this qualify for 1-B to High 1-B, given the most recent High 1-B statement?

Even then, it seems like 2935 kills everything through hax. So it would most likely just be 1-B via hax. The only AP feat it has is shattering 173, but that seems more like a side effect of the latter's death.

I'm guessing Devourer of World is the Scarlet King?
Well as I've said, it's likely just via massive hax. If we attributed AP to things it has killed, it would have been at the very least High 8-C already.

I don't think we add tiers for hax that do not deal physical damage or anything resembling destruction. However we can note that it is able to slay the likes of the Scarlet King.
At least the speed should be upgraded to Immeasurable via blitzing the Scarlet King.

Well 2935 killed absolutely everything in the verse. This includes 682. Considering that the thing's true body is 1-B and that it is protected from Death by a 1-B, it is likely already somewhat on this level.

It killed SCP-682, the strongest Leviathan. I think this feat supports the WoG statement.
