SCP-096 vs. SCP-173

Bump, also it would probably be a good idea if speed is unequal.
 
Same as how if 096 would react to 173 if it looks at its face.

I mean, is 173 sapient?
 
173 is beyond screwed. Probably a stomp. With speed equal, even if 096 blinks, it'll barely be able to unleash an attack before 096 opens it's eyes and continues mauling the statue.

Mismatch IMO.
 
I still believe it's pretty mismatch-y. We don't even know if 096 blinks.
 
And we don't know if 096 will react to 173.

OP, does 096 start docile?
 
If SCP-173 started off with a duplicate he may have a chance. Duplicates can move even with eye contact on them, right?
 
Slightly late bump but the fight probably goes the same way it went in the non-canon article. They look at each other, 96 attacks, 173 snaps his neck, 96 regenerates, rinse and repeat.

Edit: Right, no eyelids. Well 173 would have plenty of time to attack while 96 is clawing it's face.
 
Uh, are we forgetting that SCP-173 is literal orders of magnitude faster in actual travel and reflexes? SCP-096 is only fast at detecting his face being seen

that termination test was extended cannon, which is ther versions that we're using in this fight
