I think Dettlaff takes it via his abilities,it is in character for him to turn invisible in a fight and use intangibility,he can turn into smoke and attack from behinde instantly killing his opponent,he has higher Regenerationn wich SCP can not bypass easily and higher stamina.He was never shown to use sleep inducement but it is in character for Higher Vampires.

I'm going to put out there that I feel like the Witcher ratings atm are really inconsistent with the story, and need some major reworking (I'm reading the novels over again to look for feats), so Detlaff and others might be upgraded soon depending on what I find.

They're inconsistent so they might get an upgrade? Because Geralt is and has always been portrayed as nothing more than superhuman, so I'm personally doubting anything above tier 9 for anyone.

He's able to tackle giants and dragons canonically, and has taken down Djin on two occasions, so the argument that he's firmly within Tier 9 is a rather unfounded one.

Character portrayal is one of the worst argumenta for character teiring because it means we're going to ignore plenty of quantifiable feats and abilities simply because the character doesn't "seem" like they're at that power level.
