Yeah I think without death touch Springtrap probably takes this rather handily considering all he has to do is I think grab 049 and restrain him to bite. He should be more powerful than 049 and possibly more experienced in actual killing and a fight. Though that's a maybe.

also we do not know alot of 049's abilities, mainly because he has never entered a situation where he has to use theme, we don't know if he can tear robotic limbs off, we don't know his past, his abilities or wack, we know that his clothing is highly resistant to high velocity projectiles, we don't know if he is immortal, we just don't know enough to balance it out
