Who wins and why?

I pick Scout.

His wider arsenal and their properties would be able to easily get past Boom Sonic's much smaller and linear arsenal. Bleeding effects, stuns, BONK! would definitely help. He's full of surprises that Boom Sonic eventually wouldn't be able to keep up with.

Boom sonic was almost ENTIRLY immune to Eggman's time slowing device, so he has it in speed, even with BONK!. And, as said by sonic himself, he dosn't get tired. It is implied that scout eventually gets tired after enough running. But even then, a FaN to the face would be unsurviveable for him most likley. Don't know who to give this one to.
