Scott should get Resurrection (type Resuscitation) with his 1-Up. It's consumable, so I don't know if it counts. It would only go to Power of Love and Power of understanding forms. Could also possibly apply to Nega-Scott (the same clothes as normal scott, implying it has all of Scott's possesions, which would include the 1-UP)
