Can't he just steal the Erasure?

Sirzechs can't passively Erase someone 4KM Away

Also, Ajuka is impossible to quantify and is NLF bait, so I don't think he counts

>sees that Ajuka and Sirzechs are now 6-C and Low 6-B

well nvm then

he can't beat Vanir tho, since his opening move is curse spam iirc and R has no counter to that i don't believe

I missed the part where Cole can actually win without Commissioner getting PIS

But he pulls Greed in character which prevents any actual hitting

An entirely nullified circumstance shouldn't contribute to the match

Literally every match ever is now a stomp by this logic

Is it not the entire point of a match is to see if the opponent can defeat the other by virtue of the advantages they have?

Cole not being full on bloodlusted makes him lose, seriously.

R can rez as long as the part of him that dies is the human part. Greed itself is a seperate entity and the whole "consume everything, even itself" works if the user serves it no longer. After that, you'll be left fighting Greed itself with the personality of the host. Cole atomizing R should work as he's getting rid of Greed as well.

Yeah, like an aoe blast will most definitely kill R and get rid of Greed.

Also, here's how Greed worked on Jae-Kal.
Greed Consumption 1
Greed Consumption 2
Greed Consumption 3

There's a difference between having an edge over the opponent, thereby being more likely to defeat them, and hopping into a pocket dimension to entirely avoid damage then proceeding to shut down the opponent entirely so they lose the ability to do anything

Cole's already going nuclear immediately but loses simply because he can't do anything against what he has up his sleeves

Name a circumstance where Cole actually wins without R evading his character to immediately die

Cole is bloodlusted and atomizes him

Seriously, R doesn't just null when he enters, he still has to come out to attack.

They have the same kind of AP and RSB atomizes via that, last time I checked

He evades the damage via pocket dimension then nulls Cole's stuff via Greed.

Great question, considering that's exactly what you said when we were sorting InFamous profiles out

It's not really indicated that it negates durability in favor of just nuking the joint

Ray Sphere Blast

It's a blast of energy that covers hundreds of kilometers that when hit by it converts the biological neuroelectricity from a being and either coverts them into a conduit or sucks them out into Cole

Does Commissioner R have biological body?
^If I did say that, I'm not sure I agree with that anymore

Yeah, the RSB that atomized John was via raw AP, especially since he was a normal human at the time and the game notes that the energy vortex that he got sucked into tore him apart.

Anyway, not much for me to say at this point. Although, I haven't read GoH in awhile, so my knowledge is a bit rusty. R's power null is a pretty hard thing to counter. I know it absorbs stuff via eating things, but can't it also null the energy it eats to mess with its users powers or am I remembering it wrong?

Although, neutral on powernull being insta kill for Conduits. The Ray Field Inbibitor, as it's name implies, inhibits Ray Field Radiation by shooting out an anti-energy that nullifys it. Conduits use RFR to activate their Conduit gene, awakening it's powers, and can use it to amplify or mutate their powers. By creating an anti-energy to it, RFI energy is basically kryptonite to Conduits.

Although, Wolfe also noted that the whole purpose of the RFI was to take away powers in order to weaken Conduits, so eh.

Sucking electricity isn't quite the same as atomization

Even if it was i don't see how that stops just going into another dimension like with this whole start of this conversation

Basically the RSB ignores dura in at least 2 ways:

Draining nueroelectricity: it's noted in the first games that the Ray Sphere drains the nueroelectricity of people in range of the blast and transfers it into an individual here at 35:40

Spreading Ray Field Radiation, which causes the development of radiation poisoning and the Plague: Kuo, after reading through Dr. Wolfe's notes, states that the Plague is caused by radiation poisoning that stems from Ray Field radiation, and that the RFI radiation counteracts it

Another statement that Ray Field radiation is released during a Ray Sphere blast

Wolfe also notes that Ray Field radiation is the energy source that fuels genetic mutations, so that's a thing

There's also the blast it puts out, which is, as discussed, at least Large Island level in terms of AP. But anyone strong enough can survive the blast, it's the radiation (which is super deadly to non-Conduits fra) and neuroelectricty drain that makes it so dangerous.
