Merlin's bfr also seems more like just faraway teleportation which definitely isn't a wincon.

Merlin's bfr is definitely not an wincon. Wanda can just come back from it or keep sending demons against her non Stop.

Hypothetically Merlin could just do bfr+ infinity which would make the bfr go forever. She's not in character done it but she did just randomly threw in spells and added infinity to it so the possibility is there

She's done that against super strong / superior opponents in the past. In which she just bumrushes with Infinity, so id say its possible she could do that if she senses Scarlet Witch is powerful it'd make sense.

Plus she initially starts with prep via double impact which is intentionally weak, that gives her the time to create a weakness on her opponent
