Scaling to Son Goku: Xeno

Xeno Goku is listed as multiversal and more powerful than this Goku, yet when Xeno Goku faces off against this exact version of Goku in the Prison Planet manga, he admits that Super Saiyan Blue Goku from after the Universal Survival Arc is a step ahead of him in power as a Super Saiyan 4. Should that mean we scale this Goku to him then, since it's about to be adopted as an official anime that takes place after the Universal Survival arc and is already a manga? Or is it still non-canon?

But then that raises a different question: If the exact same Goku that is listed as Universal+ has beaten a multiversal Xeno Goku in DBH or otherwise, isn't something off with someone's stats? Idk, that seems weird to me

And now that you've mentioned it, CC Goku (Which isn't Super Goku, btw) doesn't have that many more feats than Super Goku. So, that's TERRIBLY strange, here.

Also, what if Xeno Goku mastered his God Ki, and gained SSB/SSG willingly, while also having the training to do M.U.I?!

He supposedly is a match for SSB CC Goku and SSB CC Vegeta at the same time while he's being heavily restricted in his base form.His power scared them so much they immediately went Blue despite only seeing his extremely restricted base form from quite a deals away.

He's already shown Darkness Manipulation and Aura based Mind Manipulation if I remember correctly, and his fighting style is kinda interesting. (Extended Melee range up to a few meters with claws)
