Rover (Wuthering Waves) Scaling
Rover is a special Resonator. Unlike other Resonators, Rover can absorb and copy the abilities of Echoes they defeat. This was shown from the beginning when Rover absorbed Crownless.
Here is a basic scaling analysis of Rover:
1. Attack Potency
Although evidence is still limited, Rover has defeated Tacet Discords that are at least building-sized or larger.

During the mission to rescue Shorekeeper, multiple Tacet Discords appeared as part of Tethys’ defense system, and Rover managed to defeat all of them. Additionally, Rover has also defeated a large Sentinel Jue.
Given these feats, Rover's attack potency could range between Town Level to Multi-City Level, though further evidence is needed to confirm the higher tier.
2. Speed
Rover has reacted to and fought against several high-speed Tacet Discords. Based on enemy speed scaling, Rover’s combat and reaction speed could be in the range of Supersonic to Hypersonic.
3. Durability
Rover has endured multiple strong attacks from Tacet Discords capable of destroying buildings. Given this, Rover’s durability is likely Building Level to Town Level.
4. Hax and Abilities
Elemental Manipulation
As of version 2.2, Rover has three elemental modes: Spectro, Havoc, and Aero.
Time Manipulation
In Spectro mode, Rover can stop or manipulate time.

During combat, when Rover plunged their sword into the ground, Fleur de Lys' attack was halted, supporting the claim that Rover possesses some form of time manipulation.

Rover can absorb and copy abilities from defeated Tacet Discords and Echoes.
Spatial Manipulation
In the Inverted Tower during Version 2.2’s story, Rover was tasked with gathering three swords: Sword of Vanity, Atrocity, and Cowardice. While examining one of them, Rover stated:
"The power to split and manipulate space."

In Aero mode, Rover has demonstrated actual spatial manipulation, confirming this statement.
Flight
While not a major ability, Rover can fly in Havoc mode, where they manifest wings for aerial mobility.
