Honestly, I think the Havoc would be able to ignore durability, and considering the difference in AP, I think the Rover seems to have more advantages here.

Hasn't been applied yet and I don't think Inazuma Traveler is going to be tier 5, which is they key being used here.

Yeah it hasn't been applied because the calc was just accepted today, though I don't think it changes much. I think Rover takes this regardless, with or without the upgrade

Ngl I'm voting on the Traveler just because they generally have a lot of defensive abilities through the 7 Elements and the massive Class Z LS difference, had the Traveler doesn't have these then Rover completely stomps but then again I see this as a matchup where both would just draw their swords out and fight to the death. I gotta say Rover's time slow ability is the biggest wincon factor but it's usually assumed that Resistance to Time Stop meant resistance to time slow by default on the rules

I better not see anyone debate that the Traveler wins cause they're more haxxed overall if all of them are non-combat applicable in this scenario. But that's also the same with Rover's Causality Manipulation and their High-Godly Resurrection so yeah
