Alien X's brain is in an hidden universe so unless Dio's time stop has 2-a range it won't effect Ben it will only affect alien x physically but yeah Dio should win this with ease

The problem is, Alien X isn't omnipotent because omnipotent beings logically cannot exist, they like, break every system you can possibly put on them.

And honestly, no verse I know has legitimately shown omnipotence, Ben 10 included. So don't bother making that claim anywhere, kek
