yeah actually, Gojo scales to a casual "hi I exist" 514 Kiloton feat, while Kihara is Wall Level, with her LAB COAT being able to survive 14 Kilotons

The main argument for Kihara is if she could bypass it with World Rejector being able to BFR anything that has conflicting desires and any ability linked to the target holding those conflicting desires which includes abilities.
It was able to send away Nephthys' attempt at warping reality away, though nerfed, could still utilize her full power High 1-C reality warping for at least 1 single use

To a third party, it may have looked like the entire scene wavered like a mirage, but this was something else entirely. That did not explain anything, but it was the only way of expressing it. Nephthys froze in place when she saw it and the boy simply clenched his right hand and opened it once more. It almost looked like he was giving her a greeting.

In other words, he could reject and kill even a Magic God using her full power.

Phases are how Magic Gods are able to warp reality, they place filters on top of the verse to change the world's appearance and nature such as various laws
Also due to the nature of purple being a combination of Red and Blue to opposites, it should fit the description of a "conflicting desire", it should be able to send it away
The other abilities depends if Gojo himself has conflicting desires

The biggest condition seems to be that the target has to hold conflicting desires, or in the case of powers and inanimate objects, the source/creator has to have conflicting desires. While it works on contact like Imagine Breaker, it also has a ranged function, being able to banish anything that is touched by the right hand's shadow. There's a slight time lag between uses, and it seems to be activated by saying the phrase: "Do you wish for a new world?", though Kakeru has been able to use it without that trigger by simply moving his right hand

tldr she either needs to touch someone or have her shadow touch someone

The "unused portion of the world" refers to the unused portion of the world's timeline, it's a parallel empty world that WR sends it's targets to, it's an exact copy of our world but completely devoid of life and is able to restore itself completely to it's original state if anything is damaged in that world.

"Ideal Exile"): World Rejecter is a mysterious power that resides in Kakeru's right hand, apparently granted to him by the True Gremlin Magic Gods when they grew disappointed with Kamijou Touma. World Rejecter can banish its target into the unused portions of the world as long as it certain conditions are met, from living beings to inanimate objects and even a magic god's attacks. The biggest condition seems to be conflicting desires. For example, saying you want to escape your closed environment yet not wanting to give up your life surrounded by girls, fearing your weapon yet delighting in how different it is from those around you, whispering that you want to live happily with your girlfriend yet not wanting to destroy your harem, or clinging to the world while wishing for its destruction. It works on anyone who has a wavering heart or several conflicting goals like that. It also works on anything created by that kind of people. This includes attacks and weapons, even if the creators are not the ones using those weapons.

he DEFINITELY has no doubts in his own capabilities

as for his ideals, he intends to allow the new generation to surpass him ig, which he succeeded in doing in the end. Even before the series started, he was fully confident in Yuta's, Megumi's and Hakari's ability to surpass him and lead the Jujutsu world, and Yuji came in soon after, who also exceeded his expectations

the user has to have the conflicting desire right but gojo kinda doesn't
