8-A Kaneki is the Dragon form,It is pretty huge.Sasuke needs to find Kaneki in 21 km length Dragon.Sharingan may help him but i am not 100% sure.Inconclusive for now.

Yeah... it wouldn't help then. No way it would be able to distinguish Kaneki through the entire 23 kilometres of living breathing kagune.

i very much doubt the kagune has the same kind of phisical energy as he does (xes, they are part of each other, but it doesent really make it have the same phisical and more importantly, mental energy).Monarch Laciel said:

The sharingan could not distinguish microscopic bombs, it could see the chakra that a very very large number of them in a concentrated area were giving off.
And yes, they would have the same physical energy, his kagune is a part of him that has long since synchronised. Any distinction you are making there is purely arbitrary. Kaneki is in a coma at this point with the Kagune acting on its own to defend him, so I very much doubt that he would have any mental energy to sense. Furthermore, Sasuke has absolutely no way to know that he needs to find the real Kaneki within 23 kilometres of flesh in order to win, so he wouldn't even be looking even if there was some arbitrary differnce.
Additionally, the minute Sasuke starts attacking the Kagune, it would start producing golems to kill him. And if he kills those golems, they explode, releasing a poison into the atmosphere that gives Sasuke ghoul cancer, degrades his mind, memories and senses, and eventually drains the life out of him. And Dragon passively releases this poison at a lesser rate by the way

The passive release of the poison from the Kagune was causing people to develop ROS across the entire city. The golem's poison has a range of at least a dozen metres as it spreads through the atmosphere, and works a lot quicker.
Also, it's not visible to the naked eye, and would not have any chakra for the sharrigan to see, even with verse equalisation.
