Kaneki kept fighting after being stabbed through the head once in his fight against Arima. It took a second stab through his head to put him down.
I'd also like someone to explain why Sasuke is more skilled, seeing as so far all I've seen is people saying "he just is"

If you watched Naruto or read manga you could clearly see that users can use it when being damaged and the damaged is reverted to 0.

Sasuke is skilled enough to hit someone like kaneki in the head or his torso.I dont see how Ken surveves fireball jutsu also.
In that fight Ken is a guy that has tentacles and Sasuke at least has some special abilities,Sasuke can use subsituition or clone to fool Kaneki and stab him with chidori,Kunai or other jutsu.

It's an optical illusion created by them switching their position with an object with a burst of high speed. They aren't actually damaged. That's not head canon, that's what the naruto wiki describes it as.

Not sure if Tokyo Ghoul has a calc, but does it matter? Sasuke is very slightly above baseline.

Oh god the downplay is insane. Kaneki is a genius. He learns several martial arts in the span of a few weeks just by reading from books, to the point that he can fight on par with people who have been fighting all their life. Kaneki out witted and out fought Arima, who had been trained to fight literally since he could walk and had at the age of 16 defeated the Non-Killing Owl, a guy with decades of experience of fighting and killing other ghouls.
Kaneki took the combined efforts of Juuzou (a genius at killing ghouls to the point that he can kill them with nothing but a few knives when most investigators struggle to kill ghouls with the full quinques complete with special abilities) and Abara (a trained and extremely skilled swordsman in his own right) to defeat Kaneki, and even then they barely managed to do so and almost died, despite the fact that they were using Arata to massively amp their attack, speed and defense.
Now tell me, what skill has Sasuke shown that surpasses that?
The fireball gets dodged, blocked, or regenerated from.
Also Substition isn't like teleportation. He can't use it to just show up behind Kaneki.

There are so many ways that Kaneki can kill Sasuke, and really not that many ways that Sasuke can kill Kaneki.

As for the AP thing, Kaneki is slightly superior to Arima who stomps Eto, who casually destroyed a massive crusher made of quinque steel (which is far far stronger than normal steel) just by transforming into her Kakuja.

Ok,we can assume that they are equal AP and Dura wise,Ken has 0 calcs(I dont know what Sasuke scales from too).Sasuke has speed advantage via shunshin.Sasuke is a ninja that can set traps using kunais,thin rope(i dont know how it is called),explosive tags and and hide himself very well,can transform into something.Sasuke has a subsitution wich allows him to fool his opponent and counter attack and clones+ shadow clones.Sasuke has fireball jutsu,huge shuriken and other tools.

Traps are nothing new to Kaneki, numerous ghouls and investigators are capable of creating them. He also has enhanced senses to detect Sasuke if he tries hiding.
As long as Kaneki defends his head, which he would do because he's not an idiot and its about his one weakspot, there's nothing Sasuke can do to kill him, and eventually Sasuke runs out of chakra. If he doesn't get hit before then, because unlike Kaneki, Sasuke doesn't have regen. Any hits Kaneki gets in are going to stay.

Yeah, other ninjas with traps set by smarter ninjas. But has Sasuke ever done it?
"Ken has tentacles"... that he can shape into pretty much anything. Claws. Mouths that talk (and he has used it to distract people before) and bite off people's limbs and torsos. Branching spikes. Nets and cages to trap people. Spikes that travel underground to hit people from below as homing and surprise attacks.
Also Regenerationn that lets him shrug off being impaled through the chest multiple times by giant spikes, regrow lost limbs in a few minutes and regenerate after being stabbed all the way through the skull, and is superior to a person who can reattach their severed head while its still falling from her shoulders.
Oh, and he also has superior skill to Sasuke, and has experience with all of Sasuke's equipment and most of his abilities.
Kaneki takes 8 or 9 here. Ooh look at that, my number's bigger than yours.

I read the whole TG but never saw Ken using explosive tegs,thin ninja rope,huge shuriken,smoke bombs etc.

Yeah, because Kaneki wasn't a university student himself, nor did he learn from Yomo, nor did he go on a hunting spree during which he fought and killed dozens of experienced ghouls, nor did he ever fight anybody else in the entire series, especially not highly skilled people like Arima, Eto, Jason, Nishiki, Amon, Juuzou, Abara, Shinohara, etc...
