Fire and lightning attacks are nothing new to Kaneki. Arima has lightning, Tatara has fire. Shadow clone technique isn't that helpful seeing as Kaneki has experience fighting multiple opponents at once, and his kagune attacks have wide AoEs that are going to instantly poof the clones.
Substitution jutsu is just high speed movement, nothing special. In fact, it might even get negated by speed equalisation.
Also, nigh-instantaneous Low-Mid, bordering on Mid Regenerationn is a bitch for Sasuke to get past.
Kaneki is highly skilled, learning new martial arts just by reading a book on them and outfighting people who have been trained since birth. He is also incredibly strategic in combat, attacking from different angles at once, reshaping and detaching his Kagune into hands, tentacles, eyes, mouths, claws and cages to trip up enemies and catch them off guard.
He also has extremely high agility and maneouverability.
I'm still voting for him.

Sasuke only develops useful precognition during his fight with Naruto at the end of the first series, in his curse mark form which he does not have here.
Kaneki's Kagune are completely different biologically from anything the sharigan has ever shown to predict. Him predicting their movements "from their muscle tension" is unlikely

Kaneki regenerates, dodges Or blocks from Chidori too. And easily probably kills Sasuke when he runs at him with lightning hands.
Don't wank substitution. It's just moving out of the way and replacing yourself with something at high speeds. It's nothing Kaneki can't beat, and Sasuke would run out of chakra to use it eventually even if Kaneki couldn't beat it.

Kaneki can keep fighting after being impaled through the chest and head multiple times and losing his eyes.
He can fight when he's on the floor having lost all his limbs.
Hitting him in a dangerous spot, unless that spot is the brain, is not going to put him down

@Yung Low-Mid is the bane of piercing attacks. It would be fallacious to say that "lol chidori" could bypass it. The only real argument that could be made is that Sasuke aims for Kaneki's head (which is OoC).

Yeah, don't even see how Sasuke is bypassing Kaneki's Regenerationn in the first place. He was also pierced through the brain, iirc. Not sure. In any case, you'd have to make outlandish claims to say Sasuke could put Kaneki down with anything in his arsenal at this point.
