Sans vs Sailor Galaxia

I mean....I guess Galaxia did genocide world upon worlds and so Karmic Retribution would be a thing....
On the other all Galaxia needs to do is point at Sans and it's GG. She can also teleport like he can. I doubt his time magic would work on her given that she easily beat Eternal Sailor Pluto and just walked through Usagi's Barriers while they were both in civilian form. Also, Sans can dodge yes, but Galaxia Super String is a big Super-Energetic Area Attack. She can also hear his thoughts....

it depends on if sans can catch her in a blue mode, if he can't he's screwed, also sans has no time manipulation powers, he's just really good at reading faces.

By Time Magic I kinda meant the part where he teleports you and keeps you from acting by not taking his turn.
