How quickly can red summon his Pokémon? (He does need time to draw it out and throw it)
Also if he summons all of them how can sans affect them all?

Unsure, but im pretty sure Red summons one at a time, not all of them at once.

This depends on whether sans can kill red before he summons one of them and whether he can also quickly kill said Pokémon if red succeeds

wdym. Dodging is completely dependent on how competent the pokemon is, and has nothing to do with how fast Red can summon it.

Assuming the pokemon aren't good enough dodgers to keep up with sans' magic (Which is my bad, i assumed Red's pokemon would be able to keep up with his danmaku to a degree), having more will keep red in the fight longer and will tire out sans, leaving him open.

That only happens when theres multiple opponents. Which is not present here.

The only reason sans even went all out on frisk is because he knew if he didn't get them to give up by repeatedly killing them the whole timeline would get destroyed. Here under SBA he will attempt to win the battle but is still in character. I'm pretty sure Sans is not the kind of character to kill someone without reason so we would probably just incap red and call it a day.

Iirc Red's Pokemon should have moves that never miss, although that is just game mechanics i believe.
And no, i don't think Pokemon has danmaku.
